How to Order

2. Review the size information and double-check your measurements.
3. Add the hoodie to your cart and complete checkout.
4. Submit full payment at checkout. Deposits are not accepted for individual orders.
5. After payment, email your photos and design details to NKustomz. Include your order number and the name on the order.
6. Once your details are received, your order will be confirmed and production will begin.

Production & Shipping

• This is a made-to-order item and is not ready to ship.
• Allow up to 2 weeks for production after payment and order details are confirmed.
• Shipping time is additional to the production period.
• Shipping or tracking information will be provided once your hoodie ships.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront. Your order will not enter production until payment has been received. Deposits and installment payments are not accepted for individual orders.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Because this item is made to order, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or has a production issue, contact NKustomz within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for review.
